The Stylish Guy Guide

What does a guy need to do to be considered stylish? Its so easy to just copy what you see on the shop windows but here are 3 simple steps:
 (1) Look inside yourself and define who you are
(2) Go back to the basics. That means define your wardrobe based on the activities that you engage in.
(3) Strive to be unique. Follow what is in your heart but be open to new ideas & inspiration.

One or Two Pieces ONLY !

I haven't written anything in ages. I have been busy and nothing out there has inspired me to write.
"Less is often MORE" - I say  this so often but it's true ... that's why today's posts are focused on 2 Pieces or LESS.

Staying ahead of the streets is not easy but here are some ideas help you earn looks of admiration from the "also rans" and at a decent price.

One Piece does NOT mean a T-Shirt ONLY ...

Trench Coat Only? Why not ....

I am not  a big fan of the bright neon look. Too common !!

How to wear the fedora hat

A Fedora hat is definitely stylish if worn the right way.

TIPS:
Fit - always make sure its the correct size. It should stay on even when the wind blows.
Season - It's typically a Summer hat. Straw or weave material keep you cool in the Summer. Darker and thicker material are more for Winter.
Blends best with neutral colors. The hat is the centre piece of the ensemble so tone down the colors of your other pieces.
Confidence - a hat makes you stand out, so act confident & self-assured because you are in the spotlight.

Cool out outfit but the bright blouse here is over-powering the Fedora.
The picture below is a more neutral look with the hat the main focus.

The trick is you don't wear the hat for the other pieces! It's the other way round.
